Bill Huynh has been with the team since its inception. He executed comprehensive due diligence and laid the groundwork for the project’s foundation. With a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in the City of New York, Bill brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to his endeavors, especially in real estate financial planning.  

With prior experience spanning finance and investments in real estate in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Bill currently serves as the CEO of a joint venture company in Vietnam with Pierre Val, a prominent French real estate developer. In this capacity, he leads strategic partnerships and drives forward an affordable luxury condominium project comprising about 1000 residential units, scheduled for completion in 2027. Additionally, Bill holds the position of Managing Director at a commercial leasing real estate firm in central business districts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With his success and experience in the Vietnamese real estate market, he wants to bring his expertise and new ideas to Kansas City, where he believes has a lot of potential.
